But me & you we're still together!." The Upcoming R&B-pop crooner "Ruth"doesn't flex his vocal muscles on the chorus and bridge, instead choosing to ride the pulsing beat from Daxo Chali. But while Ruth' vocal hook lacks the emotional impact of the lyrics, Daxo Chali's production maintains the heaviness of the subject matter. Instead of relying on massive cinematic synths, the producer create a fleeting atmosphere that evokes the song's theme of fickle love.
